Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cheapotrav.com and the related travel-desk services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tripcode Solutions LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming ("CheapoTrav", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What CheapoTrav is

CheapoTrav is a meta-search service for flights, hotels, cars, and vacation packages. We surface third-party offers and publish unpublished phone-only fares that our agents can book on your behalf. We are not the airline, hotel, or rental-car company providing the underlying travel service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Travelers under 18 must be booked by a responsible adult.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices, availability, and rules shown on the Site come from third-party suppliers and change in real time. A displayed price is an estimate until a CheapoTrav agent confirms it with the supplier and tickets the booking. Taxes, fees, baggage charges, and resort fees may apply.

4. Bookings, changes, and cancellations

When we book travel on your behalf, the airline, hotel, or car supplier's fare rules and cancellation policy apply in addition to these Terms. Most phone-only fares are non-refundable. We will tell you the cancellation and change policy before charging your card.

5. Payment

Payment is collected by Tripcode Solutions LLC or, where applicable, directly by the supplier. You authorize us to charge your card for the total quoted by our agent (fare + taxes + service fee, if any).

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler names that match government-issued ID.
• Confirm visa, passport, and health entry requirements for your trip.
• Review the itinerary we email you and report errors within 24 hours.
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal travel-planning purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, layout, and brand, is owned by Tripcode Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the Site without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that search results, prices, or availability will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapoTrav, Tripcode Solutions LLC, and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the service fees you paid CheapoTrav in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
